Mailbox & Suite Services
USPS Form 1583 — Required for all mail & address plans
Primary IDRequired
Must contain a photo — valid Driver's License, State ID, or Passport.
Secondary IDRequired
Must verify your home or business address — Current Lease, Utility Bill, or Vehicle Registration.
Note: Corporate/Employer IDs and credit cards are no longer accepted by the USPS as secondary identification.
Fingerprinting & Background Checks
BCI / FBI submissions
Valid Government IDRequired
Unexpired photo ID — Driver's License or Passport.
Agency InformationRequired
The exact ORC/Reason Code or agency routing code for your background check submission (e.g., for BCI/FBI requirements).
Form I-9 Verification
Employment eligibility verification
List A Document
One item from List A — e.g., US Passport or Permanent Resident Card.
List B + List C Documents
OR one item from List B (e.g., Driver's License) AND one item from List C (e.g., Social Security Card or Birth Certificate).
Note: Bring either a single List A document OR the List B + List C combination — not both.
Notary Services
In-person signing with a commissioned Notary Public
Unsigned DocumentsRequired
Keep all documents unsigned until you are directly in front of the Notary.
Valid Photo IDRequired
Required for all signing parties to verify identity.
Note: Signing a document before appearing before the Notary will invalidate the notarization.
