What is the live Zoom assessment and is it required?
Yes — it is required and cannot be skipped. After completing all self-paced online modules, you schedule a one-on-one live video session with an HTL instructor via Zoom. During the session, you use the physical testing kit shipped to you to perform your required mock collections on camera. Your instructor observes, validates, and logs your proficiency in real time. This live capstone satisfies federal DOT 49 CFR Part 40 compliance standards and is what separates our program from purely automated online courses.
